Yes, you read that correctly. Kelp. This is by far the best food I could name in terms of what it can do for your hair. It’s absolutely fantastic. True, it might be an acquired taste, but I eat a lot of Asian food, and I’ve developed a taste for Wakame soup. It’s really not bad, and if prepared correctly, it’s pretty tasty.
